Dr. WOLFF Core Stability PLANX 358:
The Planx™ 358 is designed for use in recreational sports facilities and therapeutic settings and complies with DIN EN ISO 20957 T 1 Class S. The training device may only be used in areas where access and supervision are specifically regulated by the owner. The extent of supervision depends on the users, including their level of reliability, age, experience, etc. Accordingly, the training device may only be used in supervised settings.
Training device for the basic exercises plank, side plank, mountain climber and rollout.
