The Lumbal 308 is designed for use in recreational sports facilities and therapeutic settings and complies with DIN EN ISO 20957 T 1 Class S. The training device may only be used in areas where access and supervision are specifically regulated by the owner. The extent of supervision depends on the users, including their level of reliability, age, experience, etc. Accordingly, the training device may only be used in supervised settings.

Concentrated training of the lumbar back muscles and the hip extensor in a comfortable knee position. The knee flexors are almost inactive.
